With registration the participants agree that name, affiliation, homepage and e-mail address is included in the participant list of ALGO 2017 and agree that photos taken during ALGO 2017 are used for documentation and media coverage of ALGO.
Participants, accompanying persons, ALGO staff on the all locations of ALGO congress between the September 1 and September 8 agree that photos taken during ALGO 2017 are used for documentation and media coverage of ALGO.
The organizers of ALGO 2017 shall have no liability for any personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to ALGO 2017 participants, accompanying persons, ALGO staff, either during or as a result of the all events part of the ALGO 2017 congress.
Participants are strongly recommended to seek insurance coverage for health and accident, lost luggage and trip cancellation.
In the event of cancellation or change of date of the congress, as well as in the event of force majeure, all prior expenses incurred, in particular processing expenses, shall be charged to the customer. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Vienna.
